"Scratch the Surface" Warren Woods Tower Special Needs Students
Warren Woods Tower Special Needs Students are currently selling their wonderful "granite" trivets, magnets and lazy susans in our Gift Shop. Many were purchased in the Holiday Show, and we had so many positive comments about them and their work, that we decided to keep them in the shop. In December, we were delighted to have several of the students and their teachers visit Starkweather for the first time. We gave them a little historical tour of Starkweather, and they were so thrilled "to see their work right along side such beautiful things". Obviously their work is just as beautiful, and we are proud to have them here and to be able to help support their endeavors.
